FEW! It's been a busy couple of weeks. It's back to school, and although my kids aren't in school yet, it's been hectic because I was asked to watch a few of my friends kids after school and during the week. I have extra kids 4 days a week, and on my day off is Adi's dance, and my time to get some work done for Bookkeeping clients, and it's also Achievement days as well. Life is kind of hectic, but it's good. The girls really like walking to school to pick up the kids from kindergarten. At the end of the week I needed a break from watching kids though, so Caleb and I went on a date. It was a blast. We went to dinner and then to the Teton Spectrum Raceway and raced. What a good time! I'll post pictures later. They are on my phone, and I don't know how to do that. Oh, and Adelynn started her dance class today. It was really cute. She was so excited! She wanted her hair done like a ballerina of course, so I took some pictures of her on her first day. She went right in with her teacher, and she did
pretty good. She definitely has a ways to go on the listening and learning part of things, but she will do great I am sure. After dance when I asked how come she didn't do a couple of things she said "I was having a hard time." haha! But she hasn't stopped talking about it yet, and she really liked her teacher, so I am sure it will be good. Here are some pictures of her on the big day.

On saturday we spent the day with a friend at her Grandma's house on the farm. Adi was so excited, and we had a SERIOUSLY great time. We even made fresh yummy salsa from my garden tomatoes! MMM! I can't think of a better time i've had in a long time. The kids were so content to play, and we got to cook. And their family is the nicest family I know, and I felt so welcome and loved. It actually made me a little home sick. It brought back great memories of being on the farm at my grandma's house when we were younger, and I was so glad me and me kids got to have that fabulous day! (that was a typo, but when I re-read it it made me laugh because I sounded irish, so I'm leaving it!)

Yummy fresh salsa!

This is her Grandma Carolyn. She's so sweet.

The kids liked riding the 4 wheeler!

EWWW! Pigs stink, huh Emersyn?!

Adi doesn't think so. Anything on the farm is great to her!

Especially popsicles on the farm!

And MOST especially, riding the ponies on the farm!

Emi was napping during pony riding, so she came home and rode the lamb. Pretty cool too!
One day this last week Adelynn was suppose to be napping, and when I checked on her I found her lining up all of her shoes in the hallway. I asked her what she was doing, and she said building a train track!

OH! Pretty awesome train track!

We had a slightly chilly day last week, and got some rain. I can't wait for fall and for things to cool off a bit. I love the fall, so I just liked this picture of Emi in her hoodie, and thought I would post it in hopes for a nice LONG fall season. She's so cute:)

So fun seeing the girls. Crap has Emi grown.. before you know it she's going to be walking! Little Miss Sunshine there, looks so adorable in her beautiful dance out fit and hair. She is just so darn cute. And don't worry hunny, we all have hard times listening some days!! How funny is that. Love you guys!!
Adi is so adorable in her dance outfit! I bet she's the best little dancer in her class! The farm looked like lots of fun--especially the pigs! Emi is getting so big & cute, I can't believe she's almost a year :( Hope all is going well for you guys!
Oh my, where to start!! Adi is soo stinkin cute, and tiny, and adorable, and has awesome hair. So cute!! You are such a good mommy! I'm a little intimidated, I don't think I could take on 4 EXTRA kids. Whew, Im tired thinking about it! I can't believe how big Emi is. I saw that everytime, but really. She is so sweet. I just want to pinch those cheeks!! Adi is deff your daughter, with all the shoes! (Oh and if you have picture messaging, I think you can email the pictures to yourself and post from there. I think..) LOVES and miss you bunches!
So very cute. I love Adi's ballerina hair. I'm glad you and Caleb got a night out. All mom's need that break once in a while! Oh, and your salsa looks YUMMY! Nice work!
You are too funny! I love that you left your typo for that reason. Adi is such a cute little ballerina. How fun to get started up in that!
Wow, girl! You are so busy. I don't know how you do it and stay happy! I hate having that many things on my schedule.
Adi looks so cute! I love it! Dance lessons and little girls just seem to go together. Such cute girls and fun times. You seem like such a great mom always helping others out.
P.S. I laughed out loud about the Irish part too. I'm glad you kept it in and then said that about it. Hilarious.
I need to show that picture of Emi in her hoodie to the cool-weather-gods. It's been 103 the past couple of weeks. AWFUL! So maybe I could use that picture to remind them that it's time to cool things off.
Adi looked so cute in her ballerina outfit. And her shoe train track! Awesome!
I have never seen one little girl with so many shoes! I wonder where she gets that from! Adi looked great on her first day of dance! I think she will have a very fun year! And of course Emi looks like an Angel!
I wish I had a farm like that. The idea of farm life has always been so appealing to me. Maybe the next time you go out there I can go with you:).
Nadia and Forrest start gymnastics on Tuesday. We registered yesterday and they let them play on the equipment and they didn't want to leave. Nadia's teacher seems really nice and Forrest's I didn't get to meet, but he has been teaching gymnastics for 22 years, so I think he'll be really good. I'll let you know how it goes!
Way to go Adi! You look so beautiful in your new dance outfit. I'm sure you're the cutest little dancer in the room!
The day on the farm did sound so inviting and fun. And your salsa looks awesome. I'm craving some now...
hey weiner. That looks awsome nothing like fresh salsa. tell adi she is a little princees and i love an miss you all. glad you are all having so much fun this summer.
love weiner. ha ha.
Looks like a fun time on the farm! It makes me miss Grandma and Grandpa's farm too. Your girls are just too dang cute, Caleb is going to have to follow them around and beat the boys away!
Look at your adorable tiny dancer! Emi looks so stinkin cute in her hoodie!
They are wayyy cute!
Ohh, I love fresh salsa!!! And Adi looked adorable - cute hair! I forgot the other things I was going to say, but it was a fun read! And the pictures were cute. :)
Holy cow she has a lot of Shoes. Just like her mom. Lily has one pair for play and one for church. That's about it. Haha. Her dancing pictures were so cute. I love how you did her hair. I can't believe how big your little Em is getting. WOW! so cute.
PS also something that has been bugging me for months and I keep thinking you will fix it and then you never do. You spelled Emersyn's name wrong on the sidebar picture of her with the bear. Come on Ash get it right. It's only your daughter for heaven sakes. hehe.
The typo made me laugh out loud! And I'm in the library so that's saying something ha ha. I especially liked how you mentioned that you knew it was a typo but thought it was funny. :) Good times at the farm! Farms are so fun and care free. The salsa looks delish!
What a fun day. Adelynn, you look like a fine little horsewoman!
